Tessel Brand System
Tessel · Brand loop · 2023 · Length 00:08
The motion side of the Tessel rebrand: a kit of glass blocks, loading loops, and feature cards that the in-house team can extend.
Tessel is a bank for people with many small accounts. The brand is blocks that stack.
We designed a library of blocks in glass, metal, and color, and a set of rules for how they move: they never fall, they only stack and slide. The in-house team now builds new loops from the kit without us.
The work includes eight hero loops, twenty feature cards, and a loading loop that has played a few hundred million times in the app.
Two years later, we are still making new loops from the kit. That is the whole point of a system.
